An Infographic Breakdown of Facebook's 543 Million Mobile Users

Here is a recent infographic from social and digital analytics company Social Bakers, that shows us just how many people are using Facebook mobile, where they are from and what version they are using.

It will be interesting to see how much this number jumps in the next study. As Social Bakers note in their blog post about this graphic, Facebook has made a number of significant mobile improvements since this study concluded in early August. Most notably, the Facebook iOS app received a massive upgrade about a month ago, rendering it much more user-friendly. This all leaves one to wonder if there will be a point in time where Facebook mobile users outnumber web visitors.

Obviously, the growing adoption of Facebook mobile means digital marketers need to adapt their Facebook marketing tactics quickly. Canvas apps are becoming more desirable than your standard tab apps, advertising in mobile news feeds is becoming extremely desirable (and effective) and page posts need to be tweaked a bit to reflect a mobile audience

What do you think? Is Facebook going to become a mobile majority? How are you adapting your pages and campaigns to reflect this mobile trend?.
